From there, you will move into the Giza Plateau to visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, Mycerinus, and the almighty sphinx, the royal human head on a lion’s body then to the valley temple, two great megalithic temples, known as the Sphinx Temple, and the Valley Temple traditionally attributed to the Pharaoh Chephren that is an absolute wonder of engineering. After breakfast at the hotel on the third day of your vacation tour package, you go for a guided tour of the Egyptian Museum of Antiquates, built in the neo-classical style by the French architect Marcel Dourgenon. The museum houses over 120,000 objects from different Pharaonic eras, especially those of the child King Tutankhamun. Proceed to the citadel of Saladin and Mohammed Ali`s Alabaster Mosque. Lunch en route at a good quality restaurant in Cairo. Then, drive to Old Cairo to visit the old Coptic churches and the fortress of Babylon, where the holy family took refuge. Leave the Church of St. Barbara and St. George\’s church to the Islamic Cairo and Khan El Khalili bazaars and Old Market with free time to walk around and discover the area on your way. Then, transfer to the Giza train terminal to board your first-class sleeper train to Aswan with dinner and overnight on the train.

Breakfast aboard the train before reaching Aswan. Upon arrival at the Aswan train terminal, our travel REP will be waiting for you to transfer you to your Nile cruise boat for check-in and dinner aboard the cruise with free time on your own. In the afternoon, your guide will accompany you on an exciting tour of the world-famous High Dam, an engineering miracle built in the 1960s. It contains 18 times the material used in the Great Pyramid of Cheops, continuing to the granite quarries that supplied the ancient Egyptians with most of the hard stone used in pyramids and temples. The quarries still hold the famous Unfinished Obelisk. Then, we will take you by motorboat to the island of Egilka to visit the majestic Philae Temple, dedicated to the Goddess Isis. For our enjoyment, a Felucca Ride is included on the Nile River in Aswan this afternoon. Return to the cruise for free time at leisure in Aswan and overnight stay.

Your best holiday tour package continues when you sail to Kom Ombo. After breakfast, our tour guide will accompany you to the Kom Ombo temple, the crocodile-headed God of fertility and creator of the world. You will have lunch aboard your cruise with free time. You will sail to Edfu to explore Edfu’s Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved Ancient Egyptian temples on the Nile. Continue the cruise down the Nile to Luxor. Afternoon tea will be on the sun – deck with dinner. Overnight stay onboard the cruise.

Breakfast onboard the cruise, then we will take you into the West Bank of the river Nile to visit the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III (Colossi of Memnon). Then, you will go to the Valley of the Kings, where you visit magnificent tombs. Those tombs were carved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated, and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs. Continue the tour to the Hatshepsut temple at El Deir El Bahary. This impressive temple is for Queen Hatshepsut, the only female pharaoh who rises out of the desert plain in a series of terraces and merges with the sheer limestone cliffs surrounding it. Then, back to the cruise for lunch, after afternoon tea on the ship with free time for leisure and overnight stay. You can enjoy an optional sound and light show at the Karnak Temple.

Afternoon, we will pick you up with our English Egyptologist expert guide to Karnak Temple. Its ancient name, Ipet-isut, means “The most sacred of places.” The temple, or, more correctly, the complex of temples, was built over more than two thousand years by generation after generation of pharaohs. In the complex of temples, the great “Hypostyle Hall” is an incredible forest of giant pillars. Then, you will go to the majestic Luxor temple built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for rituals and festivals dedicated to the god Amun. Then, you will move through the Sahara desert to Hurghada (3.5 hours), the fantastic resort on the pristine Red Sea. Check into the hotel with free time for leisure and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel, then you will meet our REP in the morning at the hotel lobby and transfer to the jetty to board a boat for a fantastic snorkeling trip in the Red Sea with desert island relaxation. Lunch will be aboard the ship with mineral water, soft drinks, coffee, and tea. Then, you will be back at the jetty, where you will meet our REP with a direct transfer to your hotel. The balance of the afternoon is at leisure. Free evening, stay nightlife is hoping in this resort hamlet, so enjoy a night out to dance and have fun.

After breakfast, enjoy a full day at leisure to explore the many splendid activities of the sparkling Red Sea. This evening, if you want, savor an optional excursion to ride a desert camel, go on a jeep safari, followed by an evening of dinner, drinks, and native belly dancing at a Bedouin camp, or try an optional evening dinner show with Arabian horses providing the entertainment, or enjoy a show combining both the mystery of native belly dancers and the power of the Arabian horses. After breakfast, enjoy another day at leisure to relax, swim, soak up the sun, or take another optional excursion on the water. Evening time, we will take you for an Arabian Night Alf Leila Wa Leila, which is a highlight for most visitors to Hurghada, a fantastic experience to see the local customs and traditions of Egyptians, the belly dancer, the horse show, and the Sound and Light Show at Alf Leila Wa Leila at the Great Pyramids, Karnak Temple, and Abu Simbel make up your night of Arabian entertainment. After the Sound and Light Show, there is a Pharaonic horse show, where acrobatics on horseback and general horsemanship are displayed. The third and final show is an oriental belly dance, the Dervishes Dance. In the evening, we will transfer you back to the Hurghada Hotel.
