Itinerary
A representative of Albaraa Travel Tour will pick you up at the airport of Aswan or at the train station and then bring you to your Dahabiya cruise ship to board before your lunch.
In the afternoon we visit the famous high dam, as well as the old dam and the “unfinished obelisk”, which is located in the old granite quarries of Aswan. Continue to the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. He was rescued at the time of the construction of the dam from the rising waters of Lake Nasser. After visiting the Nubian Museum in Aswan, we head back to the ship. Dinner and overnight on board in Aswan!
We sail to Kom Ombo. After breakfast, visit the Kom Ombo temple dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus the Elder, god of the morning sun. On the Nile island of Herdiab, we prepare a BBQ lunch for you. Dinner and accommodation on Dahabiya Nile cruise ship!
In the morning we sail on to Edfu. They have breakfast aboard, overlooking the El Kab tombs from the sundeck. Relax onboard. After lunch, disembark to see the best-preserved Temple of the Greek-Roman era, Horus Temple. Enjoy the horse-drawn carriage ride to the temple. We will bring you back on board for dinner and later overnight.
We are having Dahabiya Nile cruise back to Luxor. After breakfast on board, visit the Necropolis of the West Bank, the burial ground of the Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings, where Howard Carter discovered the tomb of Tutankhamen in 1922. Later drive on to the nearby Valley of the Queens, the mortuary temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch served in a break. Back on the ship, enjoy your free time until dinner and overnight stay on board.
Breakfast aboard our cruise ship! We go aboard to the temple complexes of Luxor on the east bank of the Nile. The Temple of Karnak, followed by the pressure-bearing Luxor Temple, built by Amenhotep III in the 14th century BC. was founded and expanded by Ramses II. For lunch, you are back on board to spend your afternoon in free design. How about relaxing on the sundeck? Dinner and accommodation on Board!
After breakfast, you will disembark and be transferred from us to the airport for your flight home or, optionally, to your hotel in Luxor for a holiday extension.
